New organic tequilas

Seems not a week goes by I hear of another tequila that’s gone organic… Cheers and welcome to these newest two – Azunia Tequila and Tequila Alquimia (is it just me, or does this sound curiously like the Spanish word for drunkorexia?)

Let’s get this organic cocktails book launch party started right!

Somer Perez, the lovely and ridiculously talented mixologist and founder of NYC-based cocktails consultancy Couture Cocktail Concepts, will be at the launch party for my organic cocktails book next Thursday in Tampa. Besides classing up the event by, well, just being there, she’ll demonstrate how to make her crazy-good drink, Lunacy.

Yeeha… here comes another organic tequila. This one’s from Texas.
