Imbibe magazine (the New Yorker for drink geeks) has a nifty piece about organic beers, which are experiencing the same boom in popularity and creative experimentation and expression as cocktails.

Yet another organic vodka coming… this summer?

Blackleaf Premium Organic Vodka is apparently coming this summer… from France. Now, I’m a fan of vodka – don’t get me wrong – but how about some more organic gins, rums, etc.? Pretty please.
